Designed by http://www.nuviotemplates.com/, this is a free CSS theme released under the Creative Commons Attributions 2.5 license, so you can tweak and have some fun with it, as long as you leave the footer untouched.

With this theme, there are some limitations.

1. It only uses 1 widget (Rich Mercer's picasa widget) for the middle photo roll. They aren't generated anywhere else, so if you want them, you need to drop the control in the theme somewhere.

2. There is a configuration file associated with the theme. If you'll notice, at the bottom of the theme, there are 3 columns of post info. Each one can be configured to a different category. Finally, the theme has 3 different default colors to be included in the release. Blue, Green, and Orange! (To change between these is as easy as selecting your choice from the drop down in the Configure screen.

I'll have a link for it up shortly. (There are some last minute tweaks that need to be refined.) Otherwise, it's good to go!
